A club for entrepreneurs whose businesses are experiencing fast growth has teamed up with Santander to provide assistance for small businesses wanting to unlock further potential.

Royal Bank of Scotland has agreed to sell 318 branches to Santander in a deal worth £1.65bn that will make the Spanish bank one of the biggest on the British High Street.

RBS is to sell 318 branches to Santander for an estimated £2bn.

Santander is expected to submit a reduced final offer for the 318 branches being sold off by Royal Bank of Scotland.
