Rosie Winterton, Minister for Regional Economic Coordination, today announced two new business appointments and one trade union appointment to the Board of the Northwest Regional Development Agency.

The third annual Northwest Women in Business Awards is looking for entries. The awards will be presented at a gala dinner which take place in Lancashire on Friday 29 January 2010, and are accompanied by “substantial” cash prizes.
